Return Policy
We do hope that you will be pleased with your products, if for some reason you would like to return an item please return to us within 15 days of purchase.
If you do need to return your order/product, it should be wrapped securely and sent by Recorded Delivery. You should then retain proof of postage.
If you need to return a product that you have a reaction with we will require you to complete a client product reaction form that we will send out to you promptly after you have e-mailed us details of your problem.
Payment
We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT, and are retail recommended prices.
